Healing creates space for joy & ease. I believe healing is about more than trying to cope with the pain. It’s about surviving, yes, &/also it’s about thriving. It’s about creating a life where I’m able to experience & to feel joy, ease, & pleasure. Healing expands my capacity for positive emotions.
